Title: Senior IT Coordinator
Location: Kennewick WA
Salary: $31-36/hr
Job Type: Full-Time / In-Person
Relocation Assistance of up to $1500 available to qualified applicants
The Management Group (TMG) a dynamic and expanding property management company seeks a Senior IT Coordinator with 5 years of hands-on IT experience. This is a unique opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a diverse and growing team across multiple locations. As our Senior IT Coordinator youll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support to staff in TMGs corporate office regional branches and remote sites. Youll assist with installing configuring maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and support hardware (computers mobile devices printers AV equipment)
- Support applications including Microsoft 365 Appfolio Caliber QuickBooks Timeslips Adobe and Zoho
- Manage user accounts Active Directory and email setup
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform office moves/setups
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate equipment orders
- Travel to remote locations as needed for on-site support
- Conduct new employee IT training and assist with webinars and video conferencing
Qualifications:
- 5 years of IT support or coordination experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with desktop/mobile support and business application software
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- A certificate or degree in an IT-related field is preferred
