Job Title: Engineering Application Support Specialist
The role of an Engineering Application Support Specialist is to provide technical support and expertise for engineering software applications used across Coperion. This includes troubleshooting issues ensuring optimal performance of engineering tools assisting users with application-related queries and facilitating training sessions to enhance user proficiency. Additionally the specialist may collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements for software enhancements manage software updates and ensure that applications align with the organizations engineering processes and standards. Overall the role aims to enhance productivity and efficiency in engineering operations through effective application support.

Experience:
1 year experience with engineering cloud-based applications and services required.
Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science or Information Technology preferred; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
