What youll be doing
As an Engineering Manager youll play a key role in guiding the development of our payment ecosystem by leading and mentoring engineering teams. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Lead and mentor teams Manage and support a team of engineers fostering a culture of growth collaboration and technical excellence.
Drive technical innovation Guide the development of scalable secure and efficient software solutions ensuring best engineering practices.
Enable cross-functional collaboration Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with business needs and technical requirements.
Ensure high performance Oversee daily team performance conduct regular one-on-ones and provide constructive feedback to help engineers reach their full potential.
Contribute to system architecture Participate in technical decisions that shape the evolution of our payment platform ensuring robustness and scalability.

Technical expertise Solid experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable architectures microservices and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).
Leadership experience Proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers product managers and stakeholders across different levels.
Mentorship mindset Passion for guiding engineers sharing knowledge and supporting career development.
Problem-solving approach Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity ensuring efficient and impactful solutions.
