Your Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven individual who is highly motivated by future leadership opportunities within our Cabots team. As the Account Manager Specifications you will report to the State Sales Manager where you will play an integral role driving market growth for Cabots Premium Woodcare Brands across NSW.

You will be responsible for managing and leading the trade and commercial portfolio building and nurturing key relationships across the construction ecosystem including architects builders homeowners project managers and trade applicators.

Your excellent communication and people skills will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Dulux Construction Solutions Trade Sales and Stores to create integrated solutions and opportunities and influence the specification and preference of Cabots coatings in significant commercial and residential projects. You will also thrive in the leading coaching and mentoring of the sales executives for success in your channel.
