Account Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Revenue & Strategy

InjureFree the leader in youth sports safety is looking for a skilled and personable problem
solver to join our team as an Account Coordinator. We need an enthusiastic individual to
manage a portfolio of clients and be a point of contact throughout their customer journey while
identifying ways to increase revenue through our current clients. The successful candidate will
have strong project management skills and quickly learn the InjureFree product to be able to
provide quick and accurate assistance to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a primary point of contact to build long-term relationships with our clients from
onboarding while advising them throughout their customer lifecycle
Maintain and grow revenue by identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Process & onboard new client accounts maintain existing accounts and implement
changes to accounts when necessary
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
Proactively identify potential issues anticipate client needs and provide solutions in
advance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Assist clients through email phone online presentations screen-share and in person
meetings
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients while working to
establish a positive rapport with clients
Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field OR the equivalent in work
experience.
0-3 years experience working in sales account management or project management.
Self-starter with ability to remain focused and diligent on daily tasks while working
remote
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
internally and externally.
Proven track record exceeding growth goals
Experience building long-term professional relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining proactive communication with the team and leveraging
knowledge and experience across initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to different
personalities
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
1-3 years experience working in sports industry
