Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and maintain monitoring systems using Datadog and Dynatrace.
Build dashboards and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot performance and availability problems in real-time.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure SRE principles are embedded across the stack.
Analyze metrics and logs to drive performance tuning and capacity planning.
Contribute to incident response post-mortems and root cause analysis.
Required Skills:
3 years of experience in SRE DevOps or monitoring-focused roles.
Hands-on experience with Datadog and Dynatrace.
Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM) infrastructure monitoring and log analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Basic scripting skills (Python Bash etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.
Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management workflows.
