Job Description

As the RSM you will oversee sales operations for hospital medical products across Southwestern Ontario focusing on building strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving revenue growth. Your strategic vision leadership and sales expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company s continued success in delivering innovative healthcare solutions to the region.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a sales team and key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic territory planning analysis and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers (health authorities GPOs and shared services) hospital executives healthcare KOLs and other stakeholders in each region.
  • Setting team expectations by providing training and development support motivational initiatives and performance reviews.
  • Proactively communicate and coordinate with other departments.


Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING
  • Bachelor s degree in business science healthcare management or a related field.
  • Additional certifications or training in sales management healthcare or related areas is beneficial.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • 5 years of medical device sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing and developing a sales team across a broad geographic region.
  • Extensive experience and relationships working with shared services health authorities and GPOs.
  • A demonstrated record of success and goal achievement.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data/reports develop actionable insights and manage multiple projects.
  • Technology proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales environments.
OTHER
  • Willing to travel throughout the region.
