Job Description
- You lead project teams and are responsible for planning budgeting and the quality of deliverables
- You ensure proper project structure and facilitate top management approval of proposed solutions.
- You manage day-to-day interaction with client leadership understand risks and challenges and provide effective solutions based on experience.
- You develop and maintain relationships with top management of clients lead business development activities and contribute to proposal and pricing strategy development.
- You guide and coach junior and mid-level team members actively participate in the staffing process and support the recruitment and retention of talent within the team.
- You bring in-depth knowledge of pension and insurance products processes and systems as well as those of asset managers and continue developing this within the team.
- You have a vision on developments in the financial sector and the challenges and opportunities they bring.
Qualifications :

- At least 6 years of relevant work experience mostly in consulting and the financial sector preferably at an insurer pension provider or asset manager;
- a university Masters degree and/or MBA;
- demonstrable experience in running business transformations optimizing core processes and executing complex projects and programs;
- a broad network within the pension and insurance sector and an understanding of current trends challenges and developments;
- excellent command of Dutch and English both spoken and written;
- affinity with entrepreneurship and the further development and growth of a team.
