Job Description
What Youll Do:
Provide a safe and secure environment for clients throughout the night
Support with personal care medication and routines as needed
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the day team
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Promote dignity independence and choice at all times

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential we provide full training)
A calm patient and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to work night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)
