Job Description

What Youll Do:

  • Provide a safe and secure environment for clients throughout the night

  • Support with personal care medication and routines as needed

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the day team

  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed

  • Promote dignity independence and choice at all times

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential we provide full training)

  • A calm patient and empathetic nature

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A willingness to work night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)
