Job Title: Student Account Associate
Reports to: Manager of Student Accounts
Job Type: Full-time non-exempt
Job Location: University of Lynchburg
JOB PURPOSE:
First point of contact for student account related questions or concerns. Fields inquires and delegates as needed. Provides student account services and collects on student accounts.

ORAL OR WRITTEN REQUIREMENTS:
Good oral and writing skills for effective communication by telephone or direct personal contact and for creating reports and memos to students.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is usually performed sitting with little standing. The normal work schedule is 37.5 hours per week. Some additional time may be required at the beginning of each semester. Time constraints and pressure are expected during peak times.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Two years of a customer service background with computer experience. Experience in Google Suite and/or Colleague are preferred. Experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Google sheets and Excel) and/or Colleague are preferred.
