Job Description

  • Culture & Leadership: Champion the development of a high-performance culture through the implementation of the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze plant key performance indicators (KPIs) at daily weekly and monthly intervals. Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to eliminate losses and drive efficiency.

  • Team Development: Empower and develop shop floor teams through training coaching and mentoring. Build internal capabilities in problem-solving lean tools and improvement methodologies.

  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on reducing waste improving productivity and enhancing quality (e.g. SMED material loss reduction Kaizen events).

  • Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of digital tools and systems (e.g. MES Digital MOS) to support the journey toward a smart data-driven factory.

  • Operational Excellence: Own and facilitate structured performance review meetings (OPS2/3/4) in alignment with global standards. Promote best practices in 5S Autonomous Maintenance and visual management.

  • Innovation & Engagement: Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging improvement ideas organizing Kaizen contests and recognizing outstanding contributions.

  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the Continuous Improvement departments budget and resources effectively to support strategic goals.


Qualifications :

  • University Degree Bachelors (or related field) 
  • Languages: Local - Fluent; English - Proficient
  • Min 3 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred Fast Moving Consumer Goods 
  • Profound knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance - TPM (prerequisite) Lean and 6Sigma methodologies  
  • Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment 
  • Cross-functional exposure and collaboration 
  • Change management experience   
  • Project management experience (leading project)
