Summary/Objective:The Director of Safety Quality and Continuous Improvement at Pelco Solutions is responsible for overseeing these functions at the Group level. The primary objective is to drive effective operational improvements across all group companies and facilities through process enhancements Lean methodologies and aligning with the Groups Operational Improvement Strategy. Additionally this role manages Safety and Quality operations fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement to enhance safety quality and cost-efficiency for our customers.
