Job Description
The main purpose of the role will be to improve maintain and develop internal housing management systems. Your day-to-day activities will include providing support to users and business-as-usual activities as well as working on projects develop new solutions and to implement and upgrade business systems. This will include assisting with the scoping of business requirements supporting the user acceptance testing process and by contributing to the design build and implementation of applications. You will also work with the infrastructure team to help maintain application servers and draft and maintain change project fix and support documentation.
- Business/Systems Analysis experience and/or Application Support/Systems Administration experience
- Demonstrable experience of working with Social Housing applications (Such as NEC/Northgate Housing Civica Cx Housing MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing/Capita One/OPENHousing Aareon QL MIS ActiveH or similar etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
- Experience of one or more SQL scripting SQL Server database administration and/or the development of ETL process for data migration or interfacing
- Experience working in an implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade build configuration testing training support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications.
- Relevant certification (such as ITIL BCS vendor specific accreditation or similar).
