We are looking for our Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing team! Youll report to the Retail Operations Manager and you will be part of the Retail team.
With your knowledge and background you will be the point of reference for everything related to the good condition of our shops and offices following existing procedures as well as creating new ones for the local business.
Your main tasks will be:
- Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance:
- ensure the execution of the maintenace plan for the stores work orders repairs and ensure office/stores environment efficient clean and safe.
- check quality of maintenance works and create report in order to ensure the maintenance service level as agreed.
- create and maintain an archive with all maintenance documents and periodical activities;
- if needed define a network of local suppliers to support stores faster keeping the corporate standard and costs.
- Take the leadership of the Maintenance onboarding process for new colleagues: prepare present and keep it up to date
- Suppliers relations:
- coordinate cleaning and doorman/security service from A to Z for stores and office. Support the Retail team with IT and logistic partners;
- ensure all admin activities are under control and payment deadlines are met
- New Store Openings:
- share (and archive) all stores documents needed on time and ensure they are always up to date
- support the Retail Coordinator with key handover
- collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure stores are in well status
- manage documentation/implementation security camera and alarm
- Special projects: take the leadership of specific activities defined with your Manager: ensure the correct execution respect deadlines monitor the performance and take action if needed
- Office support:
- coordinate the office management
- ensure that the office is well maintained and all IT devices are up and running
- Periodic visits on Retail network in order to ensure compliance
Qualifications :
Structured and organized approach high on energy and with a little bit of humor.
On top of this you have:
- Strong ommunication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written
- At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in Retail is a plus
