PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Support the Digital Marketing team on creating gathering and loading content for our B2B newsletters to increase the awareness on Accor as the expert for B2B solutions in hospitality.
MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB :
- To understand who is who in ENA SALES ENA commercial team and Global Sales and find the right information.
- To understand the complexity of the Digital Sales mission.
- Know and master the functionalities of the B2B CRM and marketing tool
- Co-operation with external Marketing Agency be a relay to brief manage & fix the creativity & delivery part
TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Creation of new content: image selection & resizing copywriting
- Gathering content: content needed for B2B newsletters find and adapt to the audience e.g. from B2C brand marketing and loyalty teams
- Integration of content: creating newsletters and e-cards in Salesforce Pardot using gathered and created content including translations
- Collaboration with marketing agency: support in the briefing delivery and proof-reading processes with our marketing agency
Qualifications :
- Sales Tourism or marketing degree
- Good communication skills in writing and spoken
- Fluent level of English spoken & written - additional language is a plus
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Trial-and-error mentality
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
- Well organize and creative
- Proactive and autonomous
- Digital native able to understand the back office of technical platforms.
- Team worker
- Use of marketing tools such as CANVAS Powerpoint wordpress appreciated or any other CMS )
Additional Information :
The position will be located in Paris (Issy Les Moulineaux) - training for 6 MONTHS
EXPERIENCE NEEDED :
- Any experience as marketing coordinator or above.
- Any experience on Sales departments on communication and trademarketing
