Job Description

About Client:

A leading Education Institution.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Head to lead our clients national B2C sales function. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling revenue from 30 Cr to 40 Cr annually and managing large distributed sales teams of at least 25 members. You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy improving conversions and driving aggressive growth across product lines.


Key Responsibilities:


1 . Sales Strategy &

  • Design and implement a scalable B2C sales strategy to achieve revenue targets of 30 40 Cr annually.
  • Drive sales across all our Clients programs JEE NEET CBSE Self-Study.
  • Open new sales channels: outbound affiliate parent webinars and school collaborations.



2 .Team Leadership & Performance:

  • Manage mentor and scale a sales team of 25 members including telesales executives and managers.
  • Set KPIs monitor productivity and implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Establish effective onboarding training and performance evaluation systems.


3 . Funnel & Process Optimization:

  • Improve lead-to-sale conversion across inbound and outbound funnels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and workflows.
  • Leverage CRM and automation tools to improve sales velocity and efficiency.


4 . Customer Communication & Engagement:

  • Develop strong parent communication strategies that address pain points and build trust.
  • Conduct orientation sessions webinars and events to convert leads.
  • Contribute to building sales collateral and storytelling for various buyer personas.


5 . Reporting & Revenue Forecasting:

  • Build weekly and monthly dashboards to track revenue CAC LTV and team performance.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership for business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal sales processes and reporting structures.


Key Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in B2C Sales with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of generating 30 40 Cr in annual revenue.
  • Experience in managing and scaling sales teams of 25 members.
  • Strong background in EdTech consumer tech or education sales preferred.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with deep knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho/Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication leadership and skills.
  • Passionate about education and our clients mission of conceptual learning
