Job Description
The Tour Center Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership to the Boston Taproom team in day-to-day operations overall customer service and maintaining a high quality and craft-driven experience for guests.
What Youll Brew:
- Act as the primary floor manager to the Taproom staff
- Responsible for driving sales and maintaining quality standards in the Taproom including product education adhering to customer service standards and conducting training for both new and ongoing staff
- Coordinate with Keyholders on proper training practices for new Bartenders and the dissemination of pertinent information
- Responsible for the daily operations in the Taproom including maintaining cleanliness teaching proper pouring techniques maintaining room capacities and overseeing the safety of our guests through proper serving policies.
- Maintain & Operate the merch store working closely with the broader Merchandise Team
- Enforce BBC & Taproom regulations & safety protocols including the execution and support of required safety trainings
- Assist Leadership Team with the planning and execution of various events at the Taproom
- Conduct and train various Tour & Experiential programs
What Ingredients Youll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality Services
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in an organized detail-oriented manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment and under time constraints and deadlines
Level: 7
In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $26.25 per hour.
