Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $27.16/hr. - $35.05/hr. DOE
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and repair tooling and dies.
- Operate tool room equipment including wire EDM Haas mill Bridgeport mill grinders etc.
- Build fixtures tooling machine parts etc. and form prints via reverse engineering.
- Fabricate jigs tools dies and master tooling.
- Build prototype parts for Engineering.
- Operate Mastercam software.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- 5 years of tool room experience
- Strong understanding of safety operations and maintenance documents and procedures
- Working knowledge of machine troubleshooting
- Significant attention to detail
- Solid analytical skills
- Willingness to take initiative
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field
- 3 years of experience in toolmaking
- CNC Machining/Programming experience
