Property Valuer-Wolverhampton
Salary:28000 - 30000 Basic Salary with OTE up to 48000
Car Allowance:350 per month
Holiday:25 days Bank Holidays

With various busy offices and a market-leading reputation this well-established brand is looking for a skilled and driven Property Valuer to become a key part of their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out residential property valuations within Wolverhamptonand surrounding areas.
- Provide accurate and professional property advice to clients.
- Manage property instructions from valuation to listing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients developers and potential buyers.
- Represent the company at property viewings and valuations.
- Meet and exceed sales and valuation targets.
- Maintain a strong presence in the local market and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property valuation.
- Proven experience valuing properties in the Wolverhamptonarea.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive customer-focused attitude with a passion for property.
- Knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
