Senior Associate - Commercial Property - Chelmsford with hybrid working
Client
Atop tier regional full-service law firm who pride themselves on exceptional client service
Role
Advise clients on a wide range of commercial propertytransactions
Draft review and negotiate contracts leases and development agreements
Provide strategic legal advice to clients in a range of sectors
Developing strong client relationships
You
7 years PQE in commercial property law
A proven track record in delivering successful outcomes
Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking
