Job Description
Sulis Hospital has an opportunity for a Deputy Physiotherapy Lead to join our Physiotherapy team.
To support the Lead Physiotherapist in the day-to-day management of the Physiotherapy Department and to actively manage the development of physiotherapy services supporting training and development of the team business development and the development of the Vision and Strategy of the hospital. This will include carrying a clinical caseload.
Full-Time Permanent 37.5 hours
Person Specification
- Experience in elective orthopaedics and MSK Physiotherapy
- Minimum of five years post qualification Physiotherapy experience.
- A qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC)
- Track record of effective performance at senior level.
- Track record in providing expert advice and guidance to multi-professional staff.
