Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop all restaurant staff ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensure that restaurant operations comply with all state federal and legislative requirements including liquor licensing food safety and workplace health and safety.
- Continuously analyse restaurant operations identify areas and ideas for improvement and present these to your manager.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service responding proactively to customer needs and resolving any potential conflict situations.
- Develop strategies to drive customer loyalty repeat business and growth and present to your manager.
- Oversee daily operations including labour control bar stock levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in supervising or managing hospitality food & beverage operations preferably in a hotel setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
- RSA certification.
