Job Description

POSITION: HR Coordinator

COMPENSATION: Contract position requiring ICA 1099 documentation. Contract available for up to but not to exceed 6 months. Pursuant to Colorado regulations if this job is performed in Colorado the compensation range is $24.38 - $30.91 per hour.

SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator will support and facilitate the human resource processes at Cardinal Group Management

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

Onboarding Coordination:

  • Maintain employment tracker to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with hiring managers and various internal departments on status updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor background checks.
  • Review I-9 for compliance.
  • Conduct audits related to onboarding.
  • Monitor onboarding related tickets in SolarWinds (e.g. access email etc.)
  • Provide offer letter approvals.

Administrative:

  • Monitor and respond to the SolarWinds ticketing queue.
  • Process status changes (e.g. report to changes transfers promotions retro pay adjustments etc.)
  • Process contractor hires (e.g. 1099 QX contractors etc.)
  • Review change reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Update transitions and disposition tracker.
  • Review and process voluntary terminations to ensure timely processing.
  • Order employment labor posters upon request.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of HR related experience.
  • UKG experience.
  • Understands federal and legal regulations (e.g. final pay I-9 etc.)
  • SHRM certification a plus.

The Team Member must be able to push pull lift carry or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Routine local travel may be required to attend training classes client visits or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Non-routine overnight travel may be required to attend company functions training property visits and other situations necessary for the accomplishment of special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
