OVERVIEW
The Solution Demonstration Specialist is responsible for preparing and delivering dynamic client-tailored demonstrations of DSS Inc.s software solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert building strong relationships with prospective clients and supporting the sales cycle to drive business growth.
The Solution Demonstration Specialist will:
Demonstration Preparation & Execution:
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of DSS software applications and their integration.
Create and update internal and external agendas documentation and presentations for successful demonstrations.
Maintain and prepare demonstration environments for demo events.
Evaluate demonstration requirements to meet client objectives and develop tailored approaches.
Deliver compelling client-specific solution demonstrations both virtually and in person.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with external clients and prospects during the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to prepare for industry trade shows and events.
Represent DSS Inc. at industry trade shows effectively communicating product value propositions.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with Commercial Operations Management to stay informed on product roadmaps and communicate future developments to clients and prospects.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to tailor demonstration processes to meet organizational needs.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. Additionally they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-riskcategory will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on Information Technology or Clinical Informatics.
3 years of prior experience in a similar role at a healthcare software development company. (Desired 2 years of hands on clinical experience)
Previous hands-on experience in a non-IT clinical administrative or technical healthcare specialty.
Proven experience in sales or pre-sales roles.
Demonstrated success in software product demonstrations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to align software functionality with business and workflow requirements.
Desired:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook Visio).
Customer service focused professional courteous and articulate
Possess proven aptitude for understanding technical and business process and the ability to learn new software

High School degree or equivalent
