Job Description:
As the first point of contact with prospective professional and graduate adult students the Admissions Counselor is responsible for informing prospective students regarding program admissions and application requirements. As student files are completed the Admissions Counselor is responsible for reviewing application file contents making admissions decisions for programs and preparing and guiding students through enrollment. The Admissions Counselor performs student recruitment activities via phone email live chat text virtual meetings and face-to-face.
