21st Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Financial Counselor to join our team. After completing a comprehensive training program Financial Counselors will manage their own portfolio of loans guide customers through financial challenges and offer tailored solutions. Requirements:
- Education: A 4-year college degree (Bachelors) is preferred; however candidates with a strong 2-year degree (Associates) and a high GPA will be considered.
- Skills: Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple tasks and a positive team oriented attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $58000-$65000 (Base Salary Bonus Overtime)
- Retention Bonuses: Up to $2500 every 6 months for the first 18 months as part of our structured incentive program
- Training Bonus: $800 bonus upon successful completion of the training program
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 18 days in the first year with additional days off provided in subsequent years.
