Spectrum for Living is Hiring a Case Manager!
Spectrum for Living a New Jersey not-for-profit organization is seeking afull-time Case Managerto join our team. We are dedicated to helping adults with developmental disabilities reach their fullest potential through quality housing and clinical services both in our state-of-the-art facilities and in the homes of families caring for loved ones with disabilities.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Full-Time
Qualifications
The Case Manager will visit clients and their families in the community assess their needs and identify appropriate services. They will refer clients and assist with the application process accompany them to interviews and support them with appeals when necessary. This role includes providing direct support advocacy and attending appointments to offer ongoing assistance. A strong understanding of community resources and entitlements is essential.
Candidates must have a valid (non-probationary) drivers license basic computer proficiency strong communication and problem-solving skills and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the Human/Social Services field. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
