Salary Range: $87000 - $92000
St. Edwards University of Austin Texas invites applications for the position of Associate Director Human Resources for Employee Relations.
This position is responsible for the activities and services of Employee Relations including performance management employee grievances investigations of alleged employee misconduct and other employment-related difficulties termination or non-renewal of employment mediation services and employee well-being and engagement programs. The Associate Director collaborates on training and development with campus partners to address changing organizational and performance needs and promote employee engagement.
