The Finance team provides a broad range of timely accurate relevant and objective financial information advice and services to its business partners while adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards. The Fund Asset Allocation & Analysis team plays an integral role in activities across the Firms hedge fund private equity and venture capital businesses in partnership with Tax Treasury Legal Compliance Risk and Operations. The teams responsibilities include capital planning and asset allocation income allocation and calculation of the management and incentive fees preparing financial models for strategic initiatives firm-wide due diligence under FATCA/CRS regimes and preparing and disseminating monthly and annual reports.
What youll do
- Monitor analyze and synthesize regulatory requirements under FATCA/CRS regime
- Review and update legal entity and investor reference data
- Perform legal entity and investor due diligence and reporting
- Prepare USD and non-USD denominated investor capital activity schedules and payments
- Prepare financial data for business partners counterparties investors and regulators
- Assist in the monthly close process for various multi-strategy funds
- Assist with maintenance of the teams policies and procedures
- Work on technical and special projects
Whats required
- 0-2 years accounting or financial services industry experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/business
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
