Salary 35000 - 40000 incl tronc.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our intimate team.
AtSquare Grill Restaurant Piano Bar is a contemporary brasserie dining establishment located in the historic city of Bath UK specialising in high-quality grilled dishes with a modern twist. The restaurant offers a vibrant and stylish atmosphere combining a relaxed dining experience with exceptional food and service and live piano performances in the evenings. we are leading the charge in Bath for modern international cuisine whilst also serving an ever changing listof juicy wines and signature cocktails.
Open for breakfast morning coffee lunch and afternoon drinks. Throughout the day the terrace by Abbey Square and lounge area will be perfect to relax with a drink and nibbles. As the sun sets and we get ready for dinner to serve our signature dishes with the best local produce. Our resident Pianist and DJ will begin and cocktails will flow.
The restaurant is beautiful with venetian walls banquettes upholstered in leather and marble feel tables.
We keep our working hours sensible and encourage a good life/work balance. As we look to grow the business there is plenty of room to expand within this role!

You would ideally have:
- 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- A passion for Mediterranean South American and British cuisine and wines
- A positive and approachable leadership style that inspires and supports the team
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to shine in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
