Wereexcited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Community and Customer Engagement Advisorto cover a period of maternity leave (a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 15 months).
What youll be doing
Youll empower customers to improve their communities and make a positive difference. Youll produce improvements and solutions to community issues of concern as well as reduce management costs and ensure all activities undertaken are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Youll provide customers with varied opportunities to influence and provide feedback on Goldings service delivery. Youll help to raise and maintain standards while enabling Golding to direct our resources to areas in which customers will benefit most from customer-centric services and greater satisfaction a key element of ensuring value for money.
Youll support customers to become involved at every level of the organisation ensuring that we meet our obligations under the Social Housing white paper with innovative varied and exciting opportunities to work with us challenge us and hold us to account.
More about you. What can you bring
Were looking for someone with experience of delivering and organising Community events and projects as well as experience of positive engagement with customers. Youll have Social Housing / Community Investment / Customer Engagement knowledge and experience and an understanding of the statutory voluntary and community sectors. Youll hold a great understanding and awareness of equality and diversity issues and have an aptitude for innovation and creativity to aid continual service improvement.
Youll be flexible and able to work the occasional evening and weekend(2-4 times a year).
When and where youll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of 34715per annum dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
