We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Care Worker to join our team. In this role you will:
- Provide emotional mental physical and spiritual support to residents patients and staff going through difficult personal situations
- Guide people in a non-judgmental way as they work through issues related to illness loss relationships abuse depression anxiety addiction and more
- Be a caring presence during times of struggle - listen counsel pray provide resources and empower people to find inner strength
- Build trust and rapport with people from diverse faiths and backgrounds
