Position Summary

LCPtracker is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure Intune MDM BYOD policies and application security. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the security efficiency and reliability of our IT systems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Azure Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of Azure cloud services. Ensure optimal performance security and cost-efficiency of cloud resources.
  • Intune MDM Administration: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to secure and manage mobile devices and applications.
  • BYOD Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies to ensure secure and compliant use of personal devices within the organization.
  • Application Security: Collaborate with the security team to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle. Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for enhancing application security.
  • IT Operations Management: Oversee daily IT operations including network management server administration and technical support. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
  • Vendor & SaaS License Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IT staff fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
  • Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address IT security breaches and system failures. Coordinate with relevant teams to mitigate risks and restore services promptly.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes policies and procedures.

Core Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Azure cloud services Intune MDM BYOD policies and application security principles.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage IT teams effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects including planning execution and monitoring.
  • Security Awareness: In-depth knowledge of security best practices and threat mitigation

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft Intune MDM.
  • Knowledge of BYOD policies and application security practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect CISSP ITIL) are preferred.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Frequent use of hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment.

Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. General availability and presence in the office are expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote offices attend conferences or industry events. Attendance at corporate staff retreats and annual user conferences is required.
