What to Expect

Sr. Manager Sales Enablement is responsible for leading the implementation of a comprehensive sales intelligence tool within Salesforce. This role focuses on simplifying the field sales experience incorporating predictive AI insights and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools and content to succeed. This position will collaborate closely with Sales teams IT Consumer Credit and Risk departments.

What You Will Do

1. Lead enhancement projects and ongoing maintenance efforts. Develop strategies and prioritize initiatives to improve the SFDC platform as the centralized digital platform for dealer and field team insights ultimately driving sales efficiency.

2. Lead the design and implementation of new Salesforce (SFDC) initiatives tool enhancements and communication campaigns as needed. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure that reporting and tool capabilities provide the most effective and efficient solutions. Align with HCA Field Sales teams IT Consumer Credit Commercial Credit and the Risk departments.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive AI capabilities that enhance sales decision-making. Utilize predictive AI to improve sales performance by identifying opportunities suggesting the next best actions and providing real-time insights.

4. Regularly monitor and gather feedback from the Field team regarding the use of the SFDC platform. Identify opportunities to enhance functionalities and maintain consistent communication with the field team.

5. Lead mentor and develop team members by providing direction performance feedback and support to ensure effective collaboration professional growth and achievement of organizational and personal goals.

What You Will Bring

Minimum 8 years related Sales Marketing Finance IT including supporting digital platforms and business system enhancement projects.

3 years supervisory experience.

Data analysis and reporting skills required.

Experience with sales performance analysis and management reporting is preferred

Oracle SQL SAS Tableau is a plus

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or related field.

Project management certification a plus.

AI certification a plus.

Strong experience with Salesforce and sales tech stacks.

Proven ability to lead manage develop and mentor direct reports.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and field sales.

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales workflow.

Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
