Job Description
Advice is hiring for Performance Millwork and Finishes Ltd. a high-end millwork company located in Nassau Bahamas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage custom millwork projects from design approval through fabrication and installation.
Coordinate with clients architects general contractors and internal teams.
Interpret architectural drawings and specifications for project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Monitor production and installation to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation including submittals RFIs change orders and closeout documents.
Identify potential risks or delays and develop mitigation strategies.
Work on site installations and multiple projects.
Do take-offs and budgets.
Be able to draw shop drawings and make corrections.
Assist with administrative works.

Requisitos
We are looking for a Millwork Project Manager to be based in the Bahamas.
This role is responsible for managing projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with client expectations deadlines and budgets.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in project management within architectural millwork or related industries.
Solid understanding of millwork fabrication and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD or similar).
Excellent communication skills fluent in both English and professional Spanish.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of carpentry is considered a plus.
A background in architectural studies is an asset.
