Calibrate has been retained by a nationally respected law firm to identify a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will lead the firm in its next chapter. Key Responsibilities:

Legal Industry Strategy & Alignment:Apply deep legal industry insight to navigate partner-led dynamics align business operations with practice and client priorities and anticipate trends to keep the firm competitive and client-focused.
People-Centered Leadership & Culture Building: Foster a high-performing inclusive culture by leading with authenticity and transparency promoting collaboration across all roles and advancing workforce strategies that support talent development generational alignment alumni engagement and succession planning.
Strategic Vision & Change Management: Drive the ongoing refinement of firm strategy by setting clear goals translating priorities into action building broad consensus and leading thoughtful changebalancing innovation with legacy while exploring opportunities in AI new practice areas and market expansion.
