Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a reputable outpatient primary care practice in Southbury CT. This is a full-time permanent position offering a rewarding opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Job Setting:
Join a well-established outpatient clinic that prioritizes continuity of care preventive medicine and chronic disease management. The practice features a modern facility experienced clinical support and a strong focus on work-life balance. No inpatient or hospital rounding required.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver primary care services to adolescent adult and geriatric patients
Conduct annual physicals sick visits chronic disease management and wellness counseling
Collaborate with a team of NPs nurses and administrative staff to ensure efficient care delivery
Utilize EHR to maintain accurate documentation and care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical protocols
Foster strong relationships with patients and their families to support long-term health goals
Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
Strong clinical diagnostic and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate high-quality patient-focused care
Previous outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
