Responsible for the development of standard work and consistent controls. This position works to document and align processes and best practices and ensures implementation of these processes through the development of comprehensive training programs. In addition to standard training provides ongoing support coaching and mentoring as needed. It is also the responsibility of this position to monitor compliance of established departmental process and procedures. Leads and manages special projects and drives continuous improvement to departmental processes while assuring compliance with Sutter Health Policy.Job Description:

Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
