Our Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firms applications and businesses. Our disciplines span a broad array of technologies from datacenter infrastructure to large scale cloud services with the shared goal of providing the most reliable performant modern technology platforms to improve time-to-market for our business. We also deliver end-user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of our global teams. Our team focuses on innovation and challenging the current state of our infrastructure technology in a fast-paced dynamic and collaborative working environment.
What youll do
- Administer configure and maintain Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Handle server installations upgrades and patch management.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments including user account management group policies and security settings.
- Implement and maintain security measures using various security tools to protect server environments. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Leverage Quest software solutions for server management and optimization. Implement and maintain these tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Infoblox for DNS DHCP and IP address management to ensure robust network services.
- Use Splunk for monitoring server performance and security events. Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks enhance system management and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with IT and InfoSec teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Whats REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windows server administration or a related field.
o Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
o Experience with Quest products and their application in server environments.
o Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell for automation and task management.
o Familiarity with security tools and practices as well as Splunk for monitoring.
o Experience with Infoblox or similar network management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
