We are looking for a hands-on Roofing Supervisor to lead and mentor a team ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop your team with strong visible leadership
Manage materials equipment and labor costs while maintaining budgets
Develop clear and concise scopes to ensure successful project completion
Ensure strict compliance with WHS policies & procedures
Work closely with the client to maintain workflows and deliverables
Foster a Zero Harm culture promoting workplace safety at all times
3yrs Supervisor Experience
Strong background in Roofing
Relevant Trade Certificate (Roof Plumbing)
Practical skills across multiple construction fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
Yellow 3-Site MediPass (Or willing to obtain)
