JOB OVERVIEW
- Oversees and leads Early Childhood Ministry to 1. Create engaging relevant and memorable weekend experiences for preschoolers (birth-5 yrs) 2. Care for and empower volunteers to be the body of Christ through serving and taking their next right step 3. Engage parents to embrace their role as primary spiritual influencer in their home.
- This position has growth potential and needs a creative determined and motivated individual that can lead large teams to inspire families to be the parents God has called them to be as well as nurture a faith in even the youngest of hearts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Aligns with Preston Trail beliefs and outward values ( to our team values of Self-Leadership Positive Attitude Team Mindset Healthy Relationships and High Performance
- Oversees and manages all Early Childhood (ECH) environments small groups families
- Proven ability to recruit shepherd manage and lead a large team of volunteers
- Highly motivated self-starter that can see the big picture as well as dive down into the details.
- Must complete our Employment Application and Assessment here within 2 business days of applying
- Can effectively execute our mission and vision for Early Childhood ministry milestone events and transition moments
- Must complete all application steps (employment app AND assessment) within 2 business days of applying
- Team player and collaborates positively with all TrailKids staff to create a unified ECH experience
- Leads trains and schedules Early Childhood team while maintaining volunteer health and overall experience
- College degree required
