- Meet or exceed dealership objectives or goals
- Works with the customer to find concerns to repair vehicles
- Explain mechanical diagnosis and repairs in a non-technicalmanner to customers
- Continuallylearn new technical informationand techniques to adapt to changingenvironment
- Handle telephone inquiries for schedule and work in process as well as customer concerns
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Pass drug test
- Organized and has functional computer skills
- X-Time experience preferred
