The Role

As a Scrum Master you will play a crucial role in optimizing the delivery of high value products and services to our customers. You will work directly on scrum teams to implement and improve delivery practices foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement. In this role you will help support the FI Capital Markets in the Prime Services Domain. You will lead and support one or more squads and collaborate with technology leaders to implement effective scaling practices across several squads in the space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • PROCESS & FLOW Advise on process to optimize flow and expedite delivery of value by the squad(s).

  • SCALING & DEPENDENCIES Optimize delivery of complex initiatives by advising on scaling techniques and organizing teams around the workstream(s).

  • RELEASE MANAGEMENT Enable the team(s) to release with confidence and in support of a positive client experience.

  • BUSINESS ACUMEN Develop a clear understanding of the products/services owned by the team and ensure that work is aligned with business strategy.

  • DATA Ensures the teams data is correct complete and complaint so it can be used to make data-driven decisions.

  • TOOLS Achieve proficiency in the use of the Fidelity tools and reporting ecosystem and encourage / teach others to be.

  • TEAM DYNAMICS Enables healthy team dynamics through trusted partnerships and conflict resolution.

  • LEADERSHIP Earn a seat at the leadership table by being a valued consultant for dealing with complex problems.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • 6 years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g. A-CSM PSM-II).

  • Deep expertise in multiple agile methodologies and scaling frameworks (Scrum of Scrum)

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing agile at scale.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence.

  • Advanced knowledge of agile software development practices.

  • Experience with organizational change management.

  • Expertise in agile metrics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills at both team and organizational levels.

  • Experience as a systems analyst and/or business analyst a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $100000-$169000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
