Job Description
Position: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid 2x per week in office (Toronto ON)
Structure: Contract - 6 months to start
Pay: $70.00-80.00 p/h inc.

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Software Projects
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience working on software projects working with APIs Integration and Cloud
- Excellent Agile expertise with the ability to coach others new to Agile within your scrum teams
- Experience working with Jira managing backlogs and creating solutions to monitor and improve Agile project delivery
- CSM or CSPO Certification for Agile required
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clear examples stories and solutions to advise and influence on products and software projects.
