Process Summary

Carrier payables team is responsible for making urgent payments to carriers to avoid cancellation of coverage. This requires a high level of coordination with NA offices carriers and other B2C teams and crucial decisions must be made in a time sensitive environment to ensure accurate payments are processed. Carrier payables also handle reconciliation of carrier statements with WTW ledgers and work to resolve billing discrepancies. The team is also responsible for managing email boxes addressing queries from carriers different teams in NA and resolving them promptly.

  • Periodicreviewofprocessrisksandensuringadequatecontrolsareinplace.
  • Meeting withstakeholders todiscussprocess relatedchallengesandopportunities
  • Workwithrelevantstakeholdersforeffectivelyresolvingescalations.
  • Leadingprojects/tasksE2Eincoordinationwithonshorestakeholders
