Opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor in the Heart of the Lake District
Our client a highly respected and long-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly and busy residential property team based in Penrith.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the most picturesque areas of the country while handling a steady and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters supported by an experienced team and a loyal local client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions including sales purchases remortgages transfers of equity and leasehold matters
Advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle with a clear and proactive approach
Drafting and reviewing legal documents contracts and title reports
Liaising with estate agents lenders and other solicitors to progress files efficiently
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing (or equivalent experience as a qualified fee earner)
Solid experience running a caseload independently from instruction to post-completion
Excellent attention to detail organisational and time management skills
Strong client care and communication skills
A collaborative and proactive working style
