Conveyancing Fee Earner

West Midlands

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a highly regarded Legal 500 firm for a paralegal in the conveyancing team. This role would suit either a qualified Legal Executive or Advanced Paralegal who can manage complex caseload independently.

The successful paralegal can look forward to dealing with their own full caseload and complex matters including sales and purchases of houses and flats acquisitions directly from developers cover issues related to title and ownership probate-related dealings refinancing matters initial land registration processes and extension of lease terms.

The ideal candidate must have strong Residential Conveyancing knowledge and be able to work independently. The role will also involve being able to assist any junior members of the team from time to time.
