Role description:
BDR Mid-market/Enterprise
80% outbound 20% inbound
Video prospecting cadences events webinars (2/month)
4050 daily outreaches
Works closely with sales and marketing teams
ICP: Enterprise orgs with 1000 FTE; 3K/month deal size
Sales cycle: 12 months
Targets: 9 meetings/month 67 SAOs

OTE: Up to 80K (60/40 split); base flexible up to 5055K for strong profiles
