The opportunity
We have multiple opportunities for retail leaders to join the Culture Kings across our Sydney CBD and Parramatta stores.
As a Culture Kings store leader you willINSPIRE influence and coacha strong team. You will oversee the daily running of thestore and ensure that we operate at a premium level always creating world-class experiences for our customers. This is the pinnacle retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion not just following fashion trends but setting them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to store staff including Sales Assistants and other team members.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment encouraging teamwork and promoting a customer-centric culture.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service and lead by example and train staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing inventory including stock levels restocking and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate in facilitating training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store staff.
- Drive compliance with company policies procedures and operational guidelines
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service we dont just sell we create long-lasting experiences!
- Drive and inspire the team to achieve daily weekly and monthly budgets
- Quick thinking with an adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
- A natural ability to influence coach and develop the team at an individual level
