As an Operations Coordinator within the ADF Health Services Contract (AHSC) team youll provide critical administrative and coordination support to drive performance. Youll ensure smooth workforce operations by contributing to the optimisation of rosters compliance and reporting whilst bringing strong administrative skills and a confident professional manner to your daily work.
This role has two focuses: coordinating the workforce and liaising with key stakeholders in your local region whilst also working as part of the National team servicing the AHSC support line that operates Monday Sunday from5:00 am to 10.00 pm. You will be required to work a Monday to Friday shift rotation across these hours and work rostered weekends with a combination of weekend shifts and on-call requirements.
